In Case You Were Wondering...Kennedi gets up this morning, and the first thing she says to me is, "Mom, you're a genius!!!" Of course, I realize that I am and have been for quite some time now, but I probe her for more information. It is always important to validate your said beliefs. "Why do you say that Honey?" With her 5 year old eyes wild with excitement she says, "Because you said it was going to snow and it did!!!"
Yes, I'm at the top of the pinnacle today. At least by 5 year old standards...just in case you were wondering where I stood...
We had to take a break from schooling this morning...the snow was calling out their names, and we weren't getting alot accomplished...

That sounds like our kind of weather! No snow here yet, but it snowed yesterday in Kirov!
It was beautiful this morning!!! The kids were in heaven this afternoon when they finally got out in it. I checked out once and Mason was skiing on the top of Cameron's TRUCK!!! NICE! I think he wins for things that will make mom's heart skip a beat.
well, you had a great day thee! But, I now see why you don't want to tell your kids about the ice in the toilet thing! : ) Kinda sorta wish Aidan didn't know that one yet, but when you have young teachers who get child like excitement out of snow, it happens!
BTW. . .a good read about Russia "Travels in Siberia" by Ian Frazier. My Russia obsession mirrors his. . . : )
